C8 Oil gives you fast and prolonged energy to your body and brain. This product contains 100 % caprylic acid (also called octanoic acid) which is a fatty acid that consists of eight carbon atoms. This fatty acid is shorter than its friends C10 (10 carbon atoms) and C12 (12 carbon atoms) which in this case is a good thing since it gives your body energy faster through ketones. With C8 Oil you can use ketones as energy without being in ketosis. 

C8 Oil is based on 100 % coconut oil. We have choosen not to use palm oil based MCT since that contributes to the devastation of the habitat for the orangutans which we do not want to participate in.  

Our C8 Oil is a perfect energy boost in coffee, tea, smoothies, soups and baked goods. Thanks to it's neutral odor and taste it can be used in many different cases where you would like too boost with quick energy. 

Recommended daily dose is 1-2 tablespoons. 

If you experience trouble with your stomach like diarrhea or nausea we recommend that you lower the dose during a period of time and slowly raise the dosage to the recommended level. It may take a while for the body to get used to the oil.
